The Bambi association is dedicated to the most vulnerable children in Colombia and funds programs that build a sustainable solution for the whole family.
Who are We?
The Bambi Association, created in 2020, supports a shelter for children aged 0 to 6 in the city of Darien, as well as professional reintegration programmes (PROMEFA) for parents in the cities of Bogota and Darien in Colombia.
It thus continues the work initiated in 1985 by a Swiss Foundation that worked with thousands of families in need.
Some History
The Bambi Homes are located in several cities in Colombia: Bogota, Cali, Medellin and Darien and are under the responsibility of four independent foundations called “Fundaciones Ayuda a la Infancia”.

Budget 2022 CHF 6'950.- / CHF 205.- per year and per child - Food security programme for 34 children aged 0 to 6 years
Budget 2022 CHF 8'200.- / CHF 20.- per month and per child - Professional training for one of the Foundation's beneficiary mothers, through the Humanit'Hair project
Cost 2022 CHF 3,135 / CHF 261 per month - Professionnal training PROMEFA for 55 familles
Budget 2022 CHF 28'500 / CHF 518.- per year and per family
Each donation will be tax-exempt.

BECOME A MEMBER
If you wish to become a member of the Bambi Association, please contact us by email via the "Join us" button below.
Applications for membership will be submitted to the Committee.
Once the application is accepted, you become member after payment of the first annual fee.
The annual fee is CHF 100 for an adult and CHF 30 for students and seniors.
All members will be invited to an Annual General Assembly where they will be informed of the progress of the projects and where they can express their ideas or suggestions.
Members will also be able to participate in the various fundraising events organized by the Association.
